Tax forms mailing schedule
for forms 1099-R and K-1
IRS 1099-R forms, for income received in 2011 from a charitable gift annuity, will be mailed by January 31, 2012.
K-1 forms, for income received in 2011 from a charitable remainder trust, will be mailed in March 2012. Please note that due to the complexity in preparing these forms, K-1s are always mailed much later than the 1099-Rs.
