HISTORICAL RETURNS FOR MONEY MANAGERS - July 25, 2007
Following are composite historical returns for the Foundation's money managers. All managers for our Growth, Balanced and Income Funds are employed by the Foundation through The Consulting Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Smith Barney. Since these managers were not employed by the Foundation until late 1998, returns through that period are composite total returns without regard to any fees that would have been incurred. Beginning with 1999, returns shown are actual returns net of fees charged by money managers. Southern Baptist Foundation was the manager of our Fixed Income Fund, until March 2004, at which time Osprey Partners was employed as manager.

Following are historical returns for the Foundation's Osprey Fixed Income Fund, which was established March 1, 2004 to provide a 100% fixed income alternative to investors. The manager, Osprey Partners, is employed by the Foundation through The Consulting Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Smith Barney. Returns for 1999-2003 represent what we would have earned had the funds been invested with the manager during this time. Osprey was originally employed in 2002 as the manager of the fixed income portions of our Growth, Balanced and Income portfolios.
